So I'm sitting at my desk working on some stuff and out of nowhere, behind me my wife's computer comes out of sleep ... she wasn't sitting there and the cat wasn't around either.
After finding out that it was Media Center that woke it up, I changed the settings.
Here's how:
- Type "cmd" in the Start Menu Search field to open the Command Prompt.
- Type "powercfg -lastwake" There's a space befor the dash.

- In this case, according to the information, it's Media Center that brought the computer out of sleep.
- Go to Windows Media Center and click Settings.

- Then go to General > Automatic Download Options and set the time frame you want to allow downloads.

Try to choose a time frame smaller than 24 hours ... which is the default.
